The 2013 USA Mountain Running Championships held in conjunction with the Cranmore Hill Climb will start at 8:15 AM (women) & 9:15 AM (men) on Sunday, July 21.  300 runners will toe the start line on the summit of the Mt. Cranmore Ski Area and compete for spots on the USA Mountain Running Team (top 6 men, top 4 women).  Over 50 elite trail runners from around the United States, Canada and Mexico will compete for national championship glory and for the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Mountain Running Championship title.  The men will race 3 laps of the 4k course.  The women will race 2 loops of the same 4k course.  The looped course will allow for frequent race updates.
